Our Mission

Our mission is to keep the quality of wedding decorations in Hungary at a high level, to shape the public taste, to give our clients more than an average decoration, to make the decoration design process professional with outstanding customer relations.

We both believe that creation starts from a very deep place in our souls, and we are always looking for what we can give our clients more than the average decoration. There’s no greater joy than when you get to do something you love to do, and do it surrounded by happy people. At weddings, our aim is to find the decoration that best suits the couple and then create it with the greatest love, enthusiasm and precision.

For corporate events, our aim is to create a uniquely designed, tasteful decoration for the enjoyment of your management and colleagues.

Whatever the type and size of event, for us the greatest praise is when the guests see the couple in the decorations or the colleagues leave the venue satisfied, because then we have achieved our goal.

Protecting our environment has a special place in our heart, so we place great emphasis on sustainable wedding decorations.

We try to use as many environmental friendly materials as possible in our work and also try to minimise the amount of rubbish we accumulate.

We also place great emphasis on supporting local artisanal producers in our choice of materials, giving preference to unique, local artisanal products.

ABOUT US

We both graduated as architects, and after our own wedding we started decorating other weddings. It was actually our wedding planner, Zsuzsi Madarász’s idea, because she liked what we did at our own wedding. We owe her eternal gratitude fot that, because we found what makes us really happy.

THE BEGINNINGS..

Our family lives in Biatorbágy, this place used to be home to our business. In the beginning, my husband and I did everything together, perhaps that’s why our decorations are so unified.

… AND THE DEVELOPMENTS

Luckily, we now have far more weddings and services than the two of us could handle, so we have grown into a small team. This allows us to serve our clients properly and to have full control over everything from the creation of custom graphics to floral arrangements and decorations.

In 2018, we launched our webshop, where we started by supplying materials, tools and supplies for self-made decorations and invitations, and now we also have a strong focus on seasonal decorations.

In 2019, we created our props rental page, where you can rent almost any decorative item we make and buy.

By 2020, we’ve built our showrron, which in the wedding season is like an ant colony at its best: busy hands working day and night to make the miracles happen.
Our webshop is also here, but we don’t operate as a shop, only as a pick-up point.
From time to time, however, we do open our doors for seasonal fairs and garage sales. Follow us on social media and we’ll keep you updated!

WHAT A WEDDING DECORATION LOOKS LIKE FROM PLANNING TO DISMANTLING

Meeting and planning

1. After contacting us, we will use the information you provide here to see if we have any availability for the date you have set. We can decorate several weddings in a weekend or even a day based on the number of venues, the number of weddings, and the amount of work, so we need the information you
provide. We fall in love with some wedding ideas at first sight: the venue, the style, or even a photographer we like, so when we get a request for a wedding like this, we do our best to fit these into our schedule.

2. Of course, with couples living abroad this can be a virtual meeting, but if possible, it is best to do this in our showroom, where we can show you materials and decorative elements as we talk.

Our experience is that we cannot give a price quote based on lists, because the nature of our decorations means that the price of items depends on a lot of things, we work with a lot of tools, materials and handmade things, which greatly affect the cost. If we provide list prices, it is feared that the actual prices will be quite different to the provisional prices, so we consider it irresponsible and misleading to provide such quotes.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to meet all the couples and process all the requests, so we work on the following system: we discuss the wedding decoration in detail, based on which we create a moodboard and prepare a quotation for each item, including all the details of the decoration, from the
dinner decoration to the thank you gifts and the unique handmade graphics (invitations, menu cards, place cards, etc. ), including the cost of purchasing and preparing the flowers, in short, everything needed for a perfect wedding harmony. The fee for this is 30.000 HUF, which will be invoiced as a consultancy fee and will be deducted from the total amount of the wedding if an order is placed.

3. If you want invitations from us, we will prepare the offer in parallel, start the design and then the production.

Contract

4. Once our offer has been accepted, we will conclude a contract and clarify any outstanding issues.

5. If we have not been to the location before, or if we consider it necessary for any other reason, we will go on a venue inspection together.

6. Until the big day, we will keep in touch, track any changes, ask for the necessary information, coordinate with other service providers – organiser (if any), venue, caterer, master of ceremonies, photographer, taking the burden off the couples’ shoulders.

7. If we have the opportunity, we like to meet with the couple again in our showroom in the weeks before the wedding, so they can see the elements of the finished concept in one piece and we can discuss in detail any changes that have taken place.

Construction and demolition

8. We will prepare the wedding supplies (tables, menus, place cards, flowers), pack all the items (gates, lights, space elements, decorative accessories, flowers) and deliver them to the venue on the day of the wedding with the required number of cars.

9. If couples need to communicate that day, we will send photos and keep in touch, if not, we will handle everything ourselves. We take care of the values and equipment of the venue and all other service providers, especially at fixing points. We always keep the needs of the couple and the perfect end result in
mind when installing the venue, we are also real team players in terms of the whole wedding team.

10. After the wedding, we dismantle the decorations, pack up disposable items (e.g. flowers) for the guests or find a place for them, take them to a nursing home, day care centre for the disabled or a kindergarten. We never leave any rubbish behind, and we put everything back in the same condition it
was in before we built it.

We are always best able to focus on weddings after the season (May to October), but there is also the opportunity to meet with us in between weddings. :)

Wedding decoration prices

The complete decoration of a wedding (decoration planning, preparation, execution, next day dismantling) usually costs around 1.200.000-2.000.000 HUF, depending on what you want. There are of course cases where the price can vary in both directions. The „average prices” also vary so much because there are so many components to a wedding and it is impossible to pick one amount out of them.

Your decor can include everything from welcome signs to garlands of lights to dessert table decorations, we have everything you could possibly need for your wedding day with decor and graphics. Some examples of what these are: directional and welcome signs, ceremony gate, textiles, ceremony table, baskets, ring holders, seating arrangements (all sorts of unique special things too if we have the option), centerpieces, table numbers, place cards, menus, textile napkins, table runners, buffet meal cards, (interactive) guest books, main table background, table decor, chair plaques, dessert table place settings and other decor, room decor – lights, garlands, outdoor decor, photo corner, cake decor, sparklers, children’s activities, making, buying, wrapping, personalizing thank you gifts, and almost anything we can come up with together.

Invitations are not part of the decoration, although they will come back later on in the wedding, so they work separately for us: 1500 and 3500 HUF depending on how much you want to include and how many pieces you need.
